Hyderabad: The University of Hyderabad has conferred Doctor of Philosphy (Ph D) in Urdu to research scholar Abdul Mogni Siddiqi.
The PhD has been awarded in Urdu in the Department of Urdu, School of Humanities of UoH on the basis of thesis entitled “Hyderabad Mein Urdu Novel Nigari” (Urdu Novel in Hyderabad) which he submitted on June 27, 2016.
The Viva Voca was held on January 13 this year and results were declared on January 24. (INN)
