Hyderabad: TRS MLC Narayana Reddy has dismissed the allegations of corruption leveled by Congress MLA Vamshichand Reddy against Panchayat Raj Minister Jupally Krishna Rao and described them as baseless.
Speaking to media persons at Telangana Bhavan on Wednesday, Narayana Reddy said that Jupally had returned the bank loan along with interest and he did not default on repayment.
He said Jupally had struggled a lot in his life to get a good position in politics. He said Jupally had quit the job of a bank clerk to join active politics and he worked very hard for the development of Mahabubnagar district.
The TRS MLAC claimed that Jupally Krishna Rao played an active role in the construction of Palamuru Lift Irrigation. He warned the Congress MLA against leveling baseless allegations against Jupally and other TRS leaders. (INN)
