Hyderabad: Industries Minister K. Tarakarama Rao on Saturday called on the family members of Srinivas Kuchibhotla, the engineer who was killed in racist attack in the USA.
Accompanied with Transport Minister Mahender Reddy, MPs Malla Reddy, Balka Suman and other leaders, KTR visit the residence of Srinivas in Bachupally and conveyed his deep condolences with the family members.
He assured full support to the family and said that the State Government would make all arrangements to bring Srinivas’s body to Hyderabad.
KTR said another youth from Hyderabad, Vamshichandra Reddy, was killed in a similar attack in the US last month and now Srinivas was killed while Alok Reddy was injured.
He said that the State Government would coordinate with the Ministry of External Affairs to provide required support to the distressed families. (INN)
