Hyderabad: Dr. M.S.N. Reddy, Chairman and Managing Director of MSN Groups has today handed over a cheque of Rs 1.05 crore to Osmania University Chemistry Foundation – a body formed by chemistry alumni of the university. The donation will be utilized for the development activities including infrastructure, academics and research in the Department of Chemistry.
Prof D. Ravinder Vice-Chancellor of the university, Prof. U. Umesh Head Department of Chemistry, and Dr. Baskar Reddy, General Secretary of OUCF were present on the occasion.
Prof. D Ravinder thanked Dr MSN Reddy for the generous donation, and hoped that other alumni of university too will take inspiration from such activities and help their alma mater in achieving its global goals.Dr MSN Reddy expressed his happiness at being useful to the department that has shaped him and trained him to achieve his goals.
