Admissions in Distance Courses begin at MANUU

Admissions in distance courses for academic uear 2016-17 began at Maulana Azad National Urdu University.

According to Prof. K. R. Iqbal Ahmed, Director, Directorate of Distance Education (DDE), the university offers different programs at post graduate and under graduate levels.

Admissions are open for M.A. (Urdu, English, History), B.A., B.Sc. (BZC and MPC), Diploma and Certificate courses (Teach English and Journalism & Mass Communication), said Prof. Ahmed.

Prospectus cum application forms are available at DDE in MANUU Campus, Regional Centers at Delhi, Patna, Bhopal, Bengaluru, Darbhanga, Kolkata, Mumbai, Srinagar, Ranchi. In addition, students can get the form from the Sub-Regional Centers at Hyderabad, Jammu, Nuh, Amravati, or at all its Study Centers.

Those candidates who want to get prospectus cum application forms in person have to submit a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs. 200/- (or Rs 280/- if by post) in favor of the concerned Regional Center.

The application form of Eligibility Test for admission into B.A. may be obtained by submitting a Bank Draft of Rs. 250/- in person or Rs. 280/-through Post, the university said.

Last date for submission of application form is 25th October 2016. With late fee of Rs. 200/-, form can be submitted latest by 31st October 2016.

Last date for submission of application form for Eligibility Test for B.A. programme is 31st October 2016. For downloading form and prospectus, or obtaining more details students are advised to visit the MANUU website.
